5A05 Aluminum Features and Applications

5A05 Al-Mg system for anti-rust aluminum alloy, non-heat strengthened. Good weld ability, corrosion resistance alloys can still apply to welding, atomic hydrogen welding, gas welding, welding. Its mach inability, the annealed state is poor, half-cold hardening state is still good.

Heat treatment:
1) Homogenization: Heat 460 ~ 475 ℃; holding 12 ~ 14h; air cooling.

3) High temperature annealing: heating 310 ~ 335 ℃; finished thickness ≥6mm or
